2. Payment Terms:

• 50% deposit required to secure services
• Final payment due 30 days before event
• Additional charges may apply for scope changes
• Late payment fees may be assessed

3. Cancellation Policy:

• 90+ days: 25% cancellation fee
• 60-89 days: 50% cancellation fee
• 30-59 days: 75% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee

4. Liability:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.

6. Modification:
